A comprehensive service is offered for indirect immunolabelling of tissue constructs including both immunofluorescent and immunoperoxidase labelling. Histotech provides the entire process including experimental design, selection/sourcing of relevant positive and negative controls, and sourcing and titration of antibodies (where available) with appropriate antigen retrieval. We will supply either labelled sample sections with supporting controls to confirm the specificity of labelling or reports containing microscopy of all samples. We insist on incorporating essential controls into our experimental design to allow confidence in interpretation.

Immunofluorescence
Single or multiple labelling of your antigen(s) of interest in frozen/fixed tissues/biomaterial samples, which may be combined with nuclear stains and differential interference contrast (DIC) imaging of biomaterials if required.

Immunoperoxidase
Immunohistochemical labelling of antigen(s) of interest in either frozen or fixed tissue/biomaterial samples. We also optimise relevant antigen retrieval methods where necessary.
