Histotech has facilities for standard bright field and epifluorescent microscopy of thin sections.

For thicker sections and full thickness constructs Histotech offers confocal (max depth of imaging 200µm) or multi-photon epifluorescent microscopy (max depth of imaging 1mm) using Zeiss LSM 510 micrscopes.

Images would be collected as high resolution .jpeg or .tiff files to meet requirements.
